Welcome to my website.  I am a barrister, now retired from practice through MondiaLaw Limited, concentrating on international trade law and financial services.  Previously I was the lead lawyer at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority on international trade law following the UK’s referendum vote to leave the European Union, returning there after some three years on secondment at the European Securities and Markets Authority in Paris.

The site aims to contain and provide links to some materials which may be useful to financial services regulatory lawyers concerned with EU law and the legal implications of the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union: much of this is legacy material.
